Do I need an account?
No. Postage is fully anonymous. There is no sign-up, no login, and no personal profile. You simply enter your shipment details and pay.
How do I pay?
Orders are paid in cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR). At checkout you are shown an address and the exact amount to send.
How do I find my order again?
Your unique order URL is the only credential. Bookmark it and keep it private — anyone with the link can view the order. We cannot recover a lost order URL.
How long can I access my order?
Orders remain visible for 14 days after purchase. Download your labels and tracking numbers before then, as the order is hidden afterwards.
How do refunds work?
If a label cannot be purchased, the affected shipment is marked for refund on your order page. Provide a crypto payout address and we issue a manual payout, typically within 24 hours.
