Accepted formats: .csv or .txt

Expected columns — in order, no header row

  1. 1 Carrier, Service, Length, Width, Height, Weight (lbs), Weight (oz), Package Type
  2. 2 From: Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, ZIP, Country, Phone
  3. 3 To: Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, ZIP, Country, Phone
  4. 4 Email

Flat-rate package types can leave Length/Width/Height blank.
